The Certificate in Medical Engineering program at ICS Technical College prepares students for an exciting career in healthcare technology and hospital equipment management.
This 12-month course, examined by CDACC, is open to applicants with a KCSE mean grade of D (Plain) and above, offering a solid foundation in the design, maintenance, and repair of medical and biomedical equipment used in healthcare facilities.
Students learn the operation and servicing of machines such as patient monitors, diagnostic tools, sterilization units, and laboratory instruments. Through practical exposure and technical workshops, learners develop hands-on expertise to ensure hospitals run efficiently and safely with well-functioning medical devices.
